European Union (Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Republic of Cyprus, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain and Sweden)

If a CBLI is subject to ICS2, the following information banner will be displayed:
To be compliant, additional information must be submitted. The required data set depends on which party is responsible for submitting the ENS.
Carrier is Responsible for Filing ENS:
Seller and Buyer details must be provided in the Parties section in addition to the standard required parties.
Consignee and Buyer must have an EORI ID number.
The HS code of the cargo must be at least 6 digits.
Carrier is Not Responsible for Filing ENS:
A Supplementary Declarant must be provided in the Parties section with an EORI ID number.
