CSA SupportEnhancement to CBLI: To Order Consignee
We are introducing an enhancement to the CBLI (Carrier Bill of Lading) process for shipments with European destinations in ICS2 (Import Control System 2) regions.
Now you can complete the CBLI submissions with the Consignee marked as To Order, while fulfilling ICS2 requirements through the Notify Party information.
CBLI screen: for shipments, when the Consignee is set as To Order, only Name and Address field is mandatory. All other consignee details will be optional.
Notify Party field: the mandatory information will be:
- EORI (Economic Operators Registration and Identification) ID Number
- Structured Address (requirement of ICS2) Country
