Automatic Module Assignment for New Users

We streamlined the user onboarding process by automatically activating all company-available modules for newly approved users.

The updated process reduces administrative effort, speeds up onboarding, and ensures your newly approved users receive immediate access to the modules available within your organization.

Now, when you register a new user and the user is approved, all modules available for your company will be assigned automatically as part of the onboarding flow.

A full synchronization with the company module settings is also applied. If a module includes Manage rights at the company level, the user will automatically receive the same Manage rights access.

This enhancement has been implemented globally for all Cargoo users.
