Gaining More Insights from Rate Searches

We are introducing a new capability for companies that manage carrier contracts in Cargoo. Now, Company Admins and Org Admins can view and export rate search queries for companies that belong to the logged-in company's rate groups.

This enhancement provides deeper insights into how rates are being searched, helping companies better understand demand patterns and optimize their strategies without disclosing detailed rate information.

Details

You can view the rate search queries for companies that belong to your company's rate groups, as well as narrow down the data relevant to you with the help of the filter, and download the necessary data for offline use.

• Filtering rates

You can filter the rate search queries using the following criteria:

• Origin
• Destination
• Type
• Valid From / To
• Commodity
• User

• Exporting rates

The Export button downloads the rate search queries to your local PC in .xls format.
