Expanded Dashboard Access with a New Widget Experience

We are excited to announce that Cargoo Dashboard is now available to all customers. The Dashboard features a set of widgets designed to provide relevant insights and metrics to help monitor performance, track achievements, and make informed decisions.

In addition, we have released a new Number of Shipments Requiring Document Validation widget to the Dashboard to allow users with full dashboard access to review documents uploaded in the shipments. This will help monitor the status changes of the document validation.

What’s New

• Customizable Dashboard: You can now customize dashboard widgets to show the information most relevant to your work. The settings differ from the widget type, allowing you to display and focus on key metrics of the relevant data.

• New Widget: Now you can track and view the number of shipments that are pending document validation within the Number of Shipments Requiring Document Validation widget. The shipments are categorized in the following statuses: Pending, Approved, and Rejected.

Within this widget, you will be able to:

• Customize the view to increase / decrease the period of the data shown
• Display the documents according to your preferred due date
• View the statuses of documents with no assigned due date
• View detailed shipment information by clicking on each status
• Download an Excel file with shipment document details, including each document status.
