Business Intelligence (BI)

The Business Intelligence module has been made an integral part of the Cargoo system to deliver added-value in all areas of containerized shipment process and to evaluate and analyze gaps in this process.

The BI module includes the following features on the main menu:

Dashboard
Business Intelligence, including

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
Reports
Cargoo BI

Global search

For the BI module, the Org Admin(s) or Company Admin(s) shall send subscription requests to the Cargoo administration. After subscription, they can grant or limit the access of each KPI and Report individually to their users.
