We are introducing a new widget on the Cargoo Dashboard. This will help you monitor and analyze unresolved exceptions directly from the dashboard.
This new widget gives you a quick, customizable view of the exceptions you manage, improving visibility and response times across shipments.
Key Features
The Number of Unresolved Exceptions widget provides you with the following:
- Enhanced Visualization
Displays all unresolved exceptions, which you can view or solve, regardless of shipment status. The data is organized in a column / bar chart, categorized by status of the exception: Open, Overdue.
- Customizable View
You can filter and display only the exceptions you are responsible for by selecting the Only exceptions I’m responsible for respective checkbox.
- Grouping Options
The widget allows grouping the data by shipment status or exception type.
- Exporting Data
You can download an Excel file containing detailed data for all unresolved exceptions.
